Thank you to Mayor Gavin Newsom and his Staff for putting together such a fitting celebration for the Krakow-San Francisco Sister Cities Project which Consul Christopher Kerosky began in 2004. It was a pleasure for me to work with him on this and we are both very glad to see it come to pass. The plans for the 2010 celebration when the Krakow Delegation comes will be quite something. This is the start of a very special relationship between two extraordinary cities. The Official Signing on July 2, 2009 in Krakow was a joyful ceremony, attended by many citizens of both cities.
